Meet the Team

We’re proud to be guided by a dedicated and highly skilled leadership team, backed by a compassionate group of fully trained care professionals. Together, we share a common goal: to create a welcoming, homely environment where every resident can feel safe, respected, and truly cared for.

Our team members bring not only their qualifications and experience but also genuine warmth, empathy, and a commitment to personalised care. Each member of staff is carefully chosen not just for their ability, but for their passion for supporting older adults — especially those living with more complex needs such as dementia.

We provide round-the-clock care and support, with each resident receiving attention tailored to their individual preferences, routines, and personality. Maintaining independence, dignity, and freedom of choice is at the heart of everything we do. Whether it’s a simple cup of tea the way you like it or adapting daily routines to your comfort, our team is here to ensure life at Inglewood feels both fulfilling and familiar.

Our Philosophy of Care

We operate with a deeply rooted philosophy of person-centred care — one that values every individual for who they are, not just their care needs. We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and inclusive environment, where all residents are treated with respect, compassion, and equality, regardless of background or circumstance.

Our care community is built on trust, continuity, and familiarity. We strive to create a sense of belonging, where residents feel genuinely valued and at home. Every voice matters, and every individual is encouraged to shape their own daily experience.

We strongly believe in promoting independence wherever possible. Each resident has a customised care plan developed in close consultation with them and their loved ones. This plan evolves with their needs and gives them the freedom to make choices — from when they rise in the morning to how they spend their day.

We also value the importance of strong family and community ties. Visits from friends and relatives are always welcome, and we actively encourage the continuation of meaningful relationships outside of the care home.

To support our care philosophy, we use a modern person-centred digital care management system. This forward-thinking approach enables staff to document care in real-time, reducing paperwork and freeing up more time for what matters most — genuine human connection. This not only improves responsiveness and regulatory compliance, but also ensures that our team can focus on delivering the highest possible standard of care, every single day.
